By acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions outlined herein, the renter enters into a contractual agreement with Campfire Cruisers Sales and Rentals. Through this acknowledgment and acceptance, the renter affirms that any damage or loss incurred to the rented golf cart during their booking period shall be their sole responsibility. Additionally, the renter comprehends that a damage inspection will be conducted upon the golf cart’s return, and they will be accountable for any damages sustained while the golf cart is in their possession.
